I've been going to the Palatine location since being run by Jeanie and Brad. What a change it's gone through. Nice people to help out, and I even sent my old mummzy there on her own just to see if they'd try and pull a fast one. Past my test, since I'm a self gear head and know cars. It's even got a nice clean waiting area, unlike other greasy two chair waiting areas. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars across the board is because no one does a better job than me. Last thing I'll say is check them out before your cars dealer and save yourself some cash and up sell of stuff you don't need.
