I have used Casey's for several of my cars and kids' cars. Their customer service from start to finish is excellent. The service advisors are knowledgeable and help diagnose issues when first taking in my cars. And somehow they always seem to remember me and my car. The same service advisor takes ownership of the service order, contacting me before the repair is made with a thorough explanation and picking up my car.

The service repairs are done very well. I have never had a issue with how any of the repairs or maintenance that was done. Also, Casey's is fair. I've had them tell me that something I had to have done can wait, or was less complex and costly than I thought it would be. "Trustworthy" is the most important word I can use to describe them. Casey is highly recommended.
