I have used the services of Republic Windows & Doors three times over a period of about ten years. Overall, they do good work. It used to be John's dad who used to be in charge and give all the quotes and etc. back in the day. They used to do good work and they still do. Most recently they replaced four windows and installed a sliding glass door. They arrive on time; they come in and take care of everything they're supposed to. The only thing I would mention is that one time I asked them for a quote and then didn't hear back, so I had to follow up. I waited a couple of weeks before calling and asking again and they said they had sent me an email. Maybe it went to my spam or something but I hadn't received it so I made them send it to me again. And after that, they didn't call back again to follow up. So maybe, as a business, this is something they should look into a little and institute some follow up controls. But, overall, they do good work and provide good service.
