This is my first time using Advantage Flooring. They came in and sanded down, stained, and then varnished hardwood flooring in my home. I guess there was a miscommunication over the number of coats of varathane that was to be applied. I was expecting 3 coats, and they only put on 2. Don't get me wrong, the flooring looks really great. As far as durability goes, I guess only time will tell. I might use them again in the future.
