We hired Best Roofing after seeking other roofing estimates. Best Roofing had the most detailed quote, including upgrading the roof ventilation. It so happened that the price quoted by Best Roofing was 22% less than the highest bid we received. Everything was very clearly addressed in their contract. Once the roofing dates were scheduled, Mr. T. Nguyen, communicated how the shingles would be delivered, the rubbish trailer delivery and the time the roofing crew would begin and end each day. The roofing crew was very polite, and professional. Each person had a job and worked in harmony with the team. Because it was a complete re-roofing job; the entire existing roof had to be removed. Clean-up from the removal of the roof and the replacement was phenomenal. We could not be more satisfied with the quality of the workmanship, the value we received. The crew was just exemplary and were the hardest workers, kudos to them and to the whole Best Roofing team and management.
