I started by talking to Don on the phone. I had a few questions for him, which he answered and then said he hoped his company could earn my business. Thanh did just that, as he took care of all my questions and concerns during the process. Thanh was prompt with returning any of my calls. There was clear communication about dates and times of when supplies were going to arrive and when the work would start. The roofing crew arrived on time and worked hard all day. They did the same the second day and their clean up was excellent. I had a chimney inspection the day after the roof was completed and the chimneysweep said that the flashing around the chimney was done very well. I highly recommend this company.
