Than Nguyen went over all roofing options with me and gave me an estimate expeditiously. He made me feel comfortable and confident that I was in good hands. I didn't pull the trigger with them immediately as I had family issues I was dealing with at the same time. Than was patient with me, checked back occasionally without pressuring me, and reviewed everything with me again when I was ready to have the work done. I completed a contract with them and work started within the estimated time frame that Than had given me. Work started early on the scheduled day. The crew was professional, Than was present each day to answer questions and concerns. There was some damaged wood under the old roof that required some additional materials but I was notified of that possibility before ever signing the contract. I was able to be present a couple of times while work was underway and personally able to confirm the need for repairs. Than was great about taking pictures too so the little that I was not able to personally observe was documented. Warranty and follow up after completion of the new roof were thorough and informative. I am more than pleased with the work that was done, the service I received, and the professionalism demonstrated by Than and the whole crew.
