The project manager, Ty provided excellent customer service, helpful advice, and constant contact from the estimate all the way through to the completion of the installation. He was the only roofer from three companies who actually climbed on the roof and conducted a thorough inspection prior to providing an estimate. Edgar and his roofing crew were punctual, hardworking, and did an excellent job cleaning our property once the project was complete. Although not the cheapest of our three estimates, we decided to hire Best Roofing of Virginia because of their excellent customer reviews, their designation as a GAF Master Elite Contractor, and the great customer service provided by Ty. We feel the slight difference in price was worth the peace of mind and comfort in knowing that the job was done right.
