They didn't return our down payment( $ 1,500) then we we cancel our contract.

We do not have anything against this company, except few things: 1 The owner off this company didn't return our down payment, ( we cancel our contact, spoke with owner) we was waiting patiently month!!! 2 And we still calling them and sending emails, faxes. And still no money back!!!!! And no answer :-(

Partial refund being sent.
They are allowed 3business days to cancel, not three weeks. We had purchased material and called them to schedule production before we learned his intent to cancel.
Contracts are a two-way street.
