We had roofing estimates from four companies with pricing all over the place. Best roofing was the last contractor we had give an estimate. Ty Cox came out to the house and did a complete inspection of the roof before writing up an estimate; two guy's basically walked around the house and did a ground measurement. Ty was the only one that I felt had actual roofing experience which made us feel more comfortable. We got everything in our warranty package at a much better price than two of the other companies. This crew showed up at 6:45 a.m. and by 7:00 p.m. the roof was completed and they were doing clean up (including replacing an old skylight). I thought there was no way they would complete before the Memorial Day rain came down but they did. Clean up was thorough and complete. This is a big investment and I would not hesitate to use Best Roofing of Virginia again and would recommend to anyone looking for roofing needs.
