James did a terrific job explaining the age of my system and the need for an upgrade. The largest benefit he provided was showing me how to change the filters on the unit instead of at the intake. This is soooooo much easier and I cannot stress enough the value he adds to your company by taking time to show customers like me the actual system, how it works, and how I can maximize what I have....and explain what I need.
