I enjoyed the program but felt that it was not structured properly. From the beginning we were creating accounts on all kinds of social networks. I think it would have been more productive if the first 3 or 4 weeks were quick overviews of the many different networks (maby cover 2 or 3 a class)at which point your customers can make an informed decision about which ones will benefit their company and which ones they are going to commit to working with. Then a more in depth study of each chosen social network can be explored. This would also serve to shorten the timeframe of the program (6 months was a long time).

The instructors were wonderful and informative. The class size was very good. The environment was very easy going and laid back which made it great for asking questions and comments. We learnt alot and definately feel that the program was a benefit to our company.
