I called Jerry late Tuesday night and Thursday morning they came out. (Beast) My rugs had been steamed cleaned from three separate companies a couple days apart about 1 year ago. My rugs still looked dirty and had stains. When Jerry and his assistant got done. My rugs looked beautiful, no stains and unbelievably clean looking (beauty). Clean pro was fast, professional , great price, and my rugs were again... beautiful/ cleaning looking. I highly recommend pro clean
