It was a pleasure using Colorado Cleanup Services, Inc. to restore our flooded garage and basement area. They were recommended by Brothers Plumbing and were here within two hours of when I called. I liked all of the guys that worked on our house and working with Jim Minter was a terrific experience. He personally visited our house no less than 8 times. They did a fantastic job of cleaning up, drying the walls, ceiling, floor, and carpet and refinishing everything that had been damaged. We also had a little give and take with the insurance company and Jim stayed with them until we got the amounts right. Jim is a great communicator and I always felt I knew what was going on with the work and estimates. I would recommend CCS to anyone without reservation.
