No recommendation: Don't accept responsibility for damages.

Careless with home owner's possessions and copped an attitude when confronted with the evidence of damage. When moving an antique bookcase secretary, they broke off an ornamental portion of one of the legs. The response of one of Montoya's sons, "So, glue it." Instead of removing Hunter Douglas cellular window coverings before painting, ripped the blinds when trying to paint window casement. Response from the owner, "I didn't touch it." No, but one of his sons did, and both stood mute. No apology, no acceptance of responsibility.

First, we want to apologize for experience shared and again are truly sorry! However, what you described was not brought to office's attention and sincerely puzzled to hear negative experience and/ or feedback.
After looking deeper into the Hunter Douglas comment and antique bookcase secretary incident we would like to take responsibility and provide with adequate customer service. We waited our policy of 90 days and made multiple attempts to discuss further and resolve such unsatisfactory experience. Thank you and sincerely appreciate taking the time to review us—that has resulted in policy changes with moving customer’s objects. We are a family owned business and take such concerns VERY seriously. We hope to hear from you soon!
