The Top Hatter was excellent! I priced out three different companies, and they came out in the middle. What really sold me though was the better reviews they had online and their A rating on the Better Business Bureau. When they came out to clean, they were straightforward and did an excellent job. They wore booties, used tarps, didn't leave any mess, were willing to move things around, and they were very professional and very friendly. They really worked their tails off!

When they were cleaning the vents, they said they could do it all from the one vent, as they were all on the same duct, and save me $45. They deducted the amount from the bill, just charging me for one vent instead of four. I was really impressed! You just don't see that anymore! And they did an excellent job. I don't know what else to tell you! I referred them to my mom, and they did her chimney for her, and then to my best friend, and they went down to Salem and did his. They do a really good job.
