My family is now on the 3rd generation and over 30 years of having work done at Rays. We have always been treated in the most professional manner and the customer service is outstanding . In emergencies they always attempt to service the car ASAP and have never had to wait for multiple days or a week to get the work done. The staff are thourough in explaining and detailing the parts and work that is necessary. They only repair and replace what is needed and I never experienced any up selling or recommending replacing parts that were unnecessary. I have had poor experiences with car dealers wanting to replace fluids and parts on brand new vehicles less than a year old . I have found the price to get repairs is very fair and I never felt like I overpaid for such high quality work .My family is very satisfied with the 30 years of service on our vehicles and will continue to patronize this business .
