My wife and I shopped around and got several bids for hardwood installation in several areas of our home. We wanted to match the existing hardwood floor in our family room/kitchen area. We feel very lucky to have found Tim Hosea at Arizona Hardwood Supply. After looking at our floors he knew exactly which manufacturer it was and later confirmed it with a sample. The price for the install was incredible and easily beat our other bids.

The installation process had an initial bump in the road when we noted that the wood seemed to be a bit darker than we had expected. While it probably would have been okay, Tim worked with us to get another batch in the following week. The customer service throughout this rough patch was outstanding. Tim listed to our concerns and took care of the problem. Once the new batch arrived, the install was incredibly easy. The installers were absolutely fantastic. Their attention to detail was impressive and the floors came out better than we could have imagined.
