Greg was awesome! He was very knowledgeable, professional, pleasant, courteous, ethical, and detail oriented! (Might I add that he remained professional even when the sellers were extremely verbally abusive and impatient.) I felt extremely informed through his inspection of the property I was going to purchase in regard to the various items that needed to be addressed, very important repairs/replacements, after you hazards, and risks which in turn helped me make an informed decision on my purchase! He really took his time and did a thorough and I do mean thorough inspection! I would recommend him to any and everyone! Also, the price was reasonable.
