Greg was very quick to schedule for my last minute inspection. He was prompt, efficient, and extremely detailed. His report shows me everything that I would need to know about concerns(which he ranks by priority) and also, even details about where specific items are in the home that you may not know. He even set me up with a home binder to show me all of my appliances (which he noted the serial numbers and models for me) along with maintenance reminders for the home. HIGHLY RECOMMEND
