I've bought a couple of homes and have hired some inspectors. Greg blows them all away. He sees things that are and are not there. He is extremely detailed and he shows a lot of pride for his work. I have absolutely nothing bad to say here. He's geniounely the best out there. He will spend a good amount of time to make sure you understand the inspection and expects you to have questions.
