Greg is a very nice and knowledgeable guy. He took his time and made sure everything with the new house was checked and documented. After the VERY detailed inspection he sits down with you and explains what, if any, issues he found and ways to remediate them. His turn around time on the detailed report is exceptional! His caring attitude towards his valued customers is the best that I have seen in his field! I will be using him for all my future needs!
