Greg was extremely thorough and comprehensive in his inspection. He identified all potential problems in the home I was considering and any safety issues. I was very impressed with the great care he took and the attention to detail. He took the time to explain the mechanics of how things should work and what issues should take priority. I didn't get the feeling that he was rushing. As a courtesy, he looked at some areas of the condo building to give an informed opinion. Greg is personable and smart.
