We have worked with Just Right Inspection Service twice now and have had some fairly good experiences with them. Everything went very well but there was just one small complication. When we were looking at the house I noticed something on the floor that looked like rat droppings, I let the inspector know and he said that there were no rodents in the home. Turns out there were rodents and it cost us extra money to get rid of them. Also, we could've probably got a better deal with that information. Overall, they did a good job and were pretty thorough with everything else. I would still recommend them.
