Greg the inspector is what I refer to him as, because he is really good at his job. Greg treats each inspection as if he was buying the home. He is great about explaining everything to the home buyer as best he could. He is very thorough about the inspection and takes pride in his job. We used him twice…the first house fell through because it did not pass his inspection. The second, his inspection came back good. I will highly recommend his services to anyone buying a home.
