I have used Mr. Rooter twice now and both times I was very pleased with the service I received.
I found their hours to be flexible with my schedule and they were at my home just when they said they would be.
The technicians (Charles and Robert) both were very informative and knowledgable. They were courteous with me and didn't beat around the bush when it came to explaining what the issues were with my hot water heater. The people I dealt with on the phone (both before and after the my appointment) were also very courteous and helpful).
I'm very pleased with their work and will call them again anytime I have a plumbing problem.
