Mike H came to my house and was extremely professional. He explained my issue and answered all of my questions. I had gotten prices from other plumbers which were much higher and not as thorough. He assured me that if I serviced my sewer line every two years I should not have any backups and if I did, they would come and fix it without any service charge.
