I had an emergency water main pipe break in front of my house late Friday evening. Of the six plumbing companies I called, (one of which was the closest in a neighboring town) Mr. Rooter was the only company who cared enough listen to my need and ensure a tech was sent over immediately to help. Rob quickly responded on-site, assessed the problem, provided an electronic copy of the estimate and returned exactly when he promised to the next morning. Rob (and his partner Hector) were thorough with the repair and took care in preserving my landscaping before digging, which helped tremendously with my ability to fill and patch the section before the rain came. Both also explained everything about the repair step-by-step so that I was a more educated homeowner (which I really appreciated). Several of my neighbors even commented to me afterward that they were amazed with how quickly and smoothly everything went. I will definitely use Mr. Rooter for all my plumbing needs in the future! (and I hope my neighbors, and folks reading this, do too)
