I called Mr. Rooter Friday night asking for service on Saturday morning. Field technician, Robert Archer, was at my house at exact time I have asked for. He promptly identified the problem, explained what has to be done, priced the repair right there on his tablet. After repair of the water heater and drain, it is back in service and working great.
