After our water and sewer mains were severed during work on our underground electrical lines, the electric company (JCP&L) had one of their contractors fix the break. 3 weeks later, water was backing up into our house due to faulty repairs. My husband called Mr.Rooter who came to the house right away and was able to give us a price on the spot. Erich and Laz came to our house on a Saturday morning and worked all day to fix our pipes. They took pictures and camera footage to document the before and after. Both men were professional, hard working, and considerate. My husband and I felt secure knowing that the job was well done. I will most definitely use this company again if needed.
