My service technician was Charles Dechert and he was awesome. The job was done quickly and completely. We had a gas leak and he came in and took care of all of the issues right away. He also made sure that we knew what he was repairing and why every step of the way. He was kind and patient with our situation and we want to just say a big thanks to Mr. Rooter and Charles for getting our situation in order quickly and safely!!
