Edwin was our tech when our sump pump stopped working. he insisted the pipe was clogged and that he couldn't snake it because when he snaked from the curb he ended up in the gutter (they share a pipe). I asked him to drain from inside and he said that was impossible. he then insisted that our 115v ac motor was our backup for power outages (you can't run an ac motor when the power is out). he was very rude the whole time and quoted the job for 1700 to redo all the pipes. my friend came over after and snaked the pipe from inside, I guess it wasn't impossible, and then discovered the seal on the pump was bad, went and got a new one, and an hour later our pump was working. thanks for nothing Edwin.
