Let me first say that the customer service staff begin the friendly and efficient process of helping the customer. Our plumbing technicians, Ed and Dan, were prompt, efficient and professional. Ed was very helpful in explaining what had to be done with our shower and shut offs under the kitchen sink. They were diligent in getting the work meticulously accomplished. They left the work areas so clean. We will be calling them back soon to complete the installation of our new sink and faucet.
