Mike R. was the field technician that came out to my parents house yesterday. He was absolutely fantastic about explaining everything to them and me. He was very professional. My parents are elderly and also there is a language barrier but Mike was very patient and courteous to them. I would recommend Mr. Rooter and I have many times in the past because of our first experience with Mr. Rooter a few years ago. They were just as professional then. If something works, don't mess with it! And Mr. Rooter Works!
