Mr Rooter came to snake my kitchen drain pipe on the 4th of July. The drain was operational with no issues until 4 days later when waste water was again backing up in my kitchen sink. I called Mr Rooter and was informed that there was no warranty on the service performed because I am sharing a main drain pipe with other condo unit owners. $300 literally down the drain! ! ! Unprofessional and poor customer satisfaction initiatives. I contacted Roto Rooter because of the 30 day guarantee.
