I called late at night after discovering a leak and water through my basement. After calling the 24 hour number, and getting a LIVE person on the phone who told me that she will call me right back. I hung up feeling that I will not hear back. After less than 10 minutes I got the call from Mr Rooter telling me they have someone on the way. His name is Rob, and I should expect him in 15 minutes. I again thought "sure" more like 2 hours. Again I was surprised when the door bell rang 16 minutes after I hung up with the office. Rob walked into my home with a sense of professionalism and respect for my situation. After a few minutes he discovered the issues and told me he would be back the next morning to further investigate. The next morning he was again back exactly as I was promised. Rob worked very efficiently and neatly always respecting my home, and my nervousness. He also helped me with advice on the cleanup process. When he can with his helper to jackhammer the concrete in the basement to get to the pipe I was blown away again with the hard work of both Rob and his helper. Today Rob can and finished the job with new concrete in the basement. Everything he did, said, and promised was exactly as he said it would be, exactly when he said it would be, and I never had a moments concern from anyone involved from Mr. Rooter. I hope never to have plumbing problems again, but, If I do I will call Mr. Rooter, and only ask for Rob. My wife was also very impressed with the way Rob treated two nervous homeowner walking in their basement with water under their feet.
