After my toilet flooded, I called the plumbing service with the best reviews. I was glad I did and didn't look into anyone else. Being that this was the first time I ever had plumbing issues in this house I was terrified and didn't know what to do or what to expect. Charles Dechert, the service technician, came and was able to diagnose and temporarily fix the problem. Unfortunately, to complete the work fully the waste pipe would need to be excavated and replaced due to roots and holes in the line. My family has not made a decision yet to have the service done but Charles has been extremely patient with us and it has been much appreciated. It is understood that we have a very little window to make a decision due to the fact that the line can clog again. I hope that once a decision is made Mr. Rooter is at the top of our list.
