after so many years of giving Gilmore our business, the first time we were in need of their service, water heater problem, no hot water, we still were told to wait three days before someone could come out. Had to get someone else to install a new water heater etc. Just recently had to pay 95 dollars for a quick fix on the furnace, power surge caused a 'safety' switch to come on where the furnace would not come on. I was disappointed that we had to pay so much for this service. We have been paying 16.50 a month for years.. supposedly we got a discount. Still disappointed. Thx.
