I am a hospitality professional at a Luxury hotel provider, and know what service is and should be. I have become accustomed to lowering my expectations in the "real world" when working with auto repair among other services.

How wrong am I. RJ and team at the Aamco dealership went above and beyond around every corner to assist in getting my 2009 Nissan Titan on the road. My transmission went out on Labor day just prior to Hurricane Irma. I had my car towed to my usual repair shop closer to my home. They let me know "they don't touch Nissan transmissions". I reached out to AAMCO which is 40 miles from my home, and RJ was nothing but great and helpful. Well, during the storm, AAA cut off all non-emergency towing. RJ was able to secure that my vehicle got towed to the site for repair, when it was pretty much an impossible task "post Irma". The diagnostic was prompt and unfortunately computer and all fried in the transmission. He explained in detail what was needed. They worked tirelessly to get my truck on the road. The part shipment came into them missing part, and the owner personally drove to Jacksonville to pick it up, then personally repaired the transmission himself, due to the volume they were experiencing. I picked up the truck yesterday and working great. All i can say FIRST CLASS, and Aamco of St. Mary's will treat you right and get things done. Thank you for the outstanding service.
