I went in with my 2012 Kia making noises when I shifted gears. Anthony was the service agent I spoke with and he said exactly what they would do (diagnostic, test drive, flush if needed or other recommendations if necessary). He called me the same day and said need to take back to Kia because vehicle still 100,000 mile warranty. I called Kia they made appointment and said if manufacturer problem it will be covered. I picked and my car from Aamco and told Anthony what Kia said. He told me it is a manufacturer problem and gave me a print out outlining what the problem what and their recommendations for the transmission to be torn down and replace. He also included what it would cost for them to do it. I appreciated his honesty and their recommendation instead of them looking for an opportunity to take advantage. I really felt we were in good hands. Now my transmission is being replaced free of charge. Thank you all for your A+ service!!!
