If I could give them 0 stars I would . This place is a complete scam and I caught them in a lie trying to charge a ridiculous amount of money. Then they would not release my car. They said the tow company never came when they did come. Then when I told them they came they said the tow company came before I ever called them to pay my fee which was a lie . I never even called the tow company until after I notified them that I needed to pay and would have someone else come to pick up my car. The part for my car is only $291 with a markup even the dealership only charges $400 yet they were trying to charge me $910. When I confonted them Anthony lied. After he realized I caught him he tried to give me a different cost of the part. Not to mention they charged me $217 just to look at the car. The price they quoted to resolve the issue literally doubled the cost from the hyundai dealership. Again after I caught them in a lie saying the tow never came , they switched to it came before you contacted us he then hung up the phone on me. I called back and he says the phone disconnected when I know it was an intentional hang up. I don't t This has been a horrific experience and I will be contacting the better business bureau and writing letters because they need to be shut down immediately
