I was quoted by the local dealerships 3000 dollars and 4000 dollars respectively replace the transmissions my 2004 bwm z4 and my 2014 chevy silverado which had both failed (it was a rough month). I wanted a second opinion and took both to the Saint Aug AAMCO. The team there diagnosed my beemer with a bad position switch and control (less than 1/4th the money to fix) and the Chevy with a bad torque converter and pump ( i took the car back to gm with this diagnosis and the knowledge of an existing TSB and they fixed it and absorbed most of the cost). They do more than transmissions as they fixed a couple of other small issues on the Beemer. The service was outstanding and the team was polite and profesional the entire time. Both official dealerships have lost my business and I will take all future maintanence to the guys and girls at AAMCO
