I have been to AAMCO Transmissions twice now. Of course they are friendly and do great work, but that is not what I like the most about them. I like their honesty. As a customer/female, I like to feel comfortable that I am not being duped. When I first went there, they gave me a free inspection, and told me that they would not do any work without my prior approval. They were also very upfront about the prices. Which, I thought the labor and parts were pretty reasonable considering the nature of the work. Plus there was no "fast talking", no rush decision making, or high pressure stuff going on. Just really great customer service! The second time I went back, the owner himself worked with me. I was happy to see that he was actually involved in the work, and not just sitting back delegating work to others. Because of all this, I gave AAMCO Transmissions "Five Stars!"
