My entire experience with F&F Carpet Cleaning was VERY positive. Fred was great when I called to set up the appointment. Even better tho, he did not hesitate to accommodate me when I had to reschedule TWICE. Great customer care! Randy was the tech that came out to clean my carpets and I couldn't have asked for anyone better. He showed up a few minutes early, was genuinely friendly, provided helpful tips, worked efficiently & quickly AND did top knotch, A+ quality work. I am thoroughly impressed and am already trying to figure out when I can have Randy come back out to help with my sectional. Thank you so much Randy & Fred!!!
