Expectation met and exceeded!

I called expecting to get an appointment in the next few weeks. I was pleasantly suprised. I got an appointment same day.
Randy was very nice, professional and thorough. I felt like he was looking out for my best interest. Price was also exactly as I expected based on my conversation via phone.

I'll be using F & F from now on.....even if my apartment doesn't like it. ;-).
