I have used F&F twice in the last few weeks. The first was at a condo we own where the renters trashed the carpet. We thought we would need to replace it but Randy did an excellent job and managed to get the carpet so clean that it looked brand new! Because F&F and Randy did a great job at the condo, I used them to clean some carpet in our house where our puppy urinated several times. The smell and stains came out! I would highly recommend F&F, and of course Randy. I will definitely use them again!
