A Small World Tree Co. has some really good tree trimmers. They do a great job! And, everybody at the company is very friendly and easy to get along with. But, the owner does not seem to have things together when it comes to managing things. She is slow at returning calls, and often does not have information available. And, she is not good about following up with you. I mean, they do great work, but it is kind of frustrating when you can not get good information about when they are coming out to do it.
