I am really pleased with the work done pruning/thinning our Native Buckeyes AND taking out our dying Acacia Tree which was very tall and in a tight spot near our sensitive membrane roof. While prices in Marin seem high over all I felt I got good value. I also felt comfortable with the crew; they worked hard and they left the space very tidy. I will use this company again!

The reason for 4 starts instead of 5, you ask?
-Communication, Scheduling and response time. They did the estimate and revised it in a timely manner, but it took 4 nudges (almost 4 weeks) to actually get on the schedule. I'm okay with waiting for good work, but I think the company needs to take the time to manage expectations and communicate. I also would have appreciated some more precise information about the day of the work. ie "we'll arrive around Xam instead of "in the morning", who would be coming etc.
AND
-Damaged aging retaining wall: I didn't press for anything because I knew my wood retaining wall was pretty aged from the get go. But I end up feeling that they should have made a bigger gesture (even verbally, maybe) to address the fact that they broke it despite our discussions.
