This was my first time to use A Small World Tree Co. I had gotten estimates from them before, but this was the first time I actually used them. I had a lot of trees that needed to be trimmed. I got the sense from them that they are very caring people, and they were very thoughtful and gracious in the manner they interacted with me. They asked me for my input about what height to cut the limbs so that I could still reach the fruit. They were sensitive to my needs and my viewpoints and the aesthetics of it all. No other tree company has ever done that for me. It was just trim, cut, and run. I got the feeling that A Small World Tree Co. was a local and family owned unit from they way they connected with each other. That is the way it seemed. and that spirit seemed to transcend to the way they treat their customers!
