My property had a volunteer coast live oak that was now 30 ft. high and leaning over a parking lot. The trunk was bifid with a "V: crotch. It was pointed out that one of the trunks was the one leaning over the lot and the crotch configuration was at risk of splitting. That trunk was removed leaving the other one straight and stronger. Service was done on a Saturday to avoid parked cars, and on time with a reasonable fee.
